There are two things that suck about typical sales jobs. First, few people want to talk to you. Second, you have to starve (almost) to death, while you build up your commission payments.

We play the long game so that you don’t have to. We’ll start you on a salary, commensurate with your experience. We’ll increase that salary, regularly, as you accumulate skills. At every step, we’ll ensure you’re paid your market value (or better) and we’ll work hard, every day, to boost that value!

 

In addition to having plenty of people to talk to, and being paid well, there’s a bunch of other good news.

 

In this sales role—unlike pretty much every other sales role on the planet—you don’t have to prospect.

 

A dynamic marketing team does this for you. This team identifies market segments, researches prospects and their special requirements, and then customizes a compelling offer that meets those needs.

 

Oh, and one more thing. You don’t have to travel.  You’ll do your consultative selling with a headset and a web conference.

  • Someone who’s comfortable in a busy sales environment and, ideally, someone who has sold solutions over the phone, preferable with experience in healthcare SaaS sales.
  • Someone who’s a great communicator.
  • A willingness to learn our products and how they can help our clients.
  • A willingness to identify and learn best practice in sales.
  • Someone who’s a team player (not a mercenary). After all, sales at Eon is a team sport and we like it that way.
