The Internal Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.


Responsibilities include collaborating with department managers, planning and executing on current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online, and designing employee referral programs.


You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media, professional networking / societies, and employee referrals. The responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while concurrently growing a strong talent pipeline.


You will identify strong candidates that meet / exceed the needs of the hiring manager and are an excellent fit for the EON culture. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate and employee experience.


Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field or related experience
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter), preferably in the healthcare or SaaS space
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting, uses best practices and complies with all laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle and recruit for multiple positions simultaneously
  • Experience using various interview formats and selection processes (e.g. phone, structured, group, reference checks)
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (e.g. job simulation activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests)
  • Proven facility with computers, Microsoft / Google suites, experience using an ATS, CRM or other tracking software such as JIRA.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), organization and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent time management skills
